The most adorable 10" #1 Tete Jumeau, with the
dearest face ever. Her deep blue eyes have thin dark eyeliner
which exaggerates their size and adds immeasurably to the beauty
of the closely drawn eyelashes. The painting is exquisite and
her little body is in its original finish. She wears her
original chemise undies, and spectacular bonnet, as well as
darling old shoes. This little gem was one of the dolls the
Jumeau book refers to as Bebe Reclame, when the stock dolls that
had already been stamped had to have their stamp removed. The
Jumeau book explains that these were the regular stock of dolls.

Big and beautiful has to be the caption for this 40 inch
Simon Halbig. 1079. The quality and condition is
outstanding, perfect bisque and coloring, and a really beautiful
mint body. (It would have to be, who could carry this around)
darling the clothes are definitely antique, beautifully
detailed; her lovely wig is human hair, under a really charming
straw bonnet, with much detail. My Shitzu "MOE” thinks she's a
person and is very annoyed at her ignoring him. If you like them
big, she's great!!

17 inch French Fashion by Ferdinand Gaultier, in
unbelievably original clothes that have never been removed.
"This is a family treasure. Perfect bisque exquisitely painted,
and a body in very good condition. She has her original antique
earrings. The clothes, which are museum quality, and “drop dead
gorgeous” are outstanding. There is some minor wear on sleeve
and bodice which is to be expected, but generally very good. She
is an exceptional doll.
