28"
Longface Jumeau (Triste) with the most endearing soulful
expression. I have been very selective when it comes to Tristes;
their faces vary a good deal. This is the face one looks for.
Her clothes are vintage. She wears a fawn colored file dress,
over a plum velveteen jacket with metallic braid trim. The
lovely broach, nestled in the lace at the neckline, is her
family heirloom. Her body is great condition, with old undies of
course, and is still in its original finish. This little girl is
one of the most beautiful and elegant examples of this much
sought after mold.

Exceptionally beautiful “Marotte” An extravagant
plaything for what must have been a very privileged child.
Condition is outstanding (most are not in mint condition) What
makes this so special is that her bisque head is a marked Simon
Halbig 1079 .The costume is fabulous, It plays music as it is
spun. This would be spectacular in the arms of a baby, toddler
or child doll. Imagine this surviving today’s children!
